Due to the nature of our products (food and perishable goods), the following refund and return rules apply:

1. No right of withdrawal for food products

In accordance with EU and Austrian consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

-perishable goods

-sealed food products that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened

Therefore, we do not accept returns of food products if they have been opened or if the customer has changed their mind.

2. Defective or incorrect products

If you receive a product that is:

-spoiled

-damaged

-unsafe

or incorrect

please contact us immediately at office@innaturebeans.com.

All issues must be reported within 48 hours after delivery.

In such cases, we will offer:

a replacement, or

a full refund

at no additional cost.

3. Return conditions 

Returns are only accepted if:

-the product is unopened and unused

-the return request is made within 48 hours after delivery

-the return has been approved by us in advance

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product was defective.

4. Refund processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
